As we continue to expand, we are now looking for an experienced CRM specialist for a fixed-term position to take over responsibility for our CRM initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to lead our technical CRM initiatives and strategy for a limited period. The role is central to our organization and focuses on improving our CRM system architecture, data integrity and integration with other business systems. With HubSpot Suite as the primary platform, you will be responsible for further developing our CRM infrastructure, optimizing data processes and enabling advanced analytics to drive B2B engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and implement CRM strategies - to improve B2B customer data management, lifecycle engagement and analytics

Lead technical customization and configuration of HubSpot CRM based on the organization's unique needs, with a focus on system integration, data architecture and automation

Develop and maintain data models, analytics frameworks and reporting dashboards that support business decisions

Collaborate closely with IT, sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between CRM and other business technologies

Drive adoption of marketing automation and data analytics in HubSpot for more efficient lead management and customer insights

Conduct data audits and implement ongoing data quality processes to ensure CRM data integrity and accuracy

Train and develop team members in using CRM and data analytics tools for maximum impact

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CRM expert, preferably in a B2B environment

Competence in CRM, sales and MA tools with practical experience of configuration, customization and optimization (HubSpot or similar platform)

In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing automation best practices, including lead nurturing, segmentation, email marketing and campaign management

Familiarity with marketing and sales processes, customer lifecycle management and lead generation in B2B contexts

Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

HubSpot certifications or relevant marketing automation certifications are a plus

University degree in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent experience
