We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who doesn't just use AI tools to code faster, but who can design, build, and orchestrate AI agents that automate workflows, make decisions, and deliver real value across our B2B2C platform.

This is a role for someone who sees agentic AI not as a buzzword but as an engineering discipline - and who has the fullstack skills to turn autonomous AI workflows into production-grade products serving pet owners, veterinary clinics, and suppliers across Europe, the US, and Australia.

About the Role

As a Fullstack Developer at VetFamily, you'll work across Django on the backend and React on the frontend, building scalable, reliable applications that serve thousands of clinics and their end customers. You'll implement business logic with the help of a strong PO and Agentic AI. A big part of the product is integrate with third-party services including payment solutions.

We're looking for someone who understands how systems fit together - someone equally comfortable modeling data and designing REST APIs as they are discussing with a support team to get new API keys.

What You'll Do

• Build Agentic Systems – Design and implement AI agent workflows that automate real business processes—from data ingestion and decision-making to customer-facing actions. Think multi-step loops, tool use, memory, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Own the Full Stack – Build features end-to-end: Django backends, React frontends, and the agentic layers in between. No artificial boundaries.
• Integrate Payment Solutions – Implement and maintain payment provider integrations, handling multi-party transaction flows in a B2B2C context.
• Ship With AI, Build for AI – Use Cursor, Claude Code, and other AI-powered dev tools daily. But go beyond personal productivity—build the agents that become part of the product itself.
• Collaborate Across Borders – Work with design, product, data, and AI teams across Europe.

You Might Be a Fit If...

• You are social and like to participate in our office challenges and afterwork activities.
• You have deep experience with Fullstack Development with external Data sources.
• You understand the agentic AI stack: LLM APIs, function/tool calling, MCP, and how to evaluate and observe agent behavior.
• You've worked with payment integrations (Stripe, Adyen, Klarna, or similar) and understand transaction flows, webhooks, and reconciliation.
• You see AI-augmented development as your default mode—Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot are part of your daily toolkit, and you're constantly pushing what's possible.
