• Build products and features using agentic workflows where agents do most of the implementation (you steer, verify, and ship).
• Define what to build from a fuzzy problem statement, and translate it into testable deliverables.
• Set up systems that can run reliably in production: deployment, monitoring, incident response, iterations, maintenance.
• Establish practical verification: tests, evals, checklists, instrumentation — whatever is needed so we can trust what we ship.
• Collaborate closely with clinicians and operations to make sure the result is genuinely useful.

• Agentic development (you’re comfortable letting agents implement most of the code)
• Extensive experience putting software systems into production and maintaining them (you’ve lived on-call reality, or the equivalent)
