Job description

We are currently looking for a Customer Support & Inside Sales Specialist for Finland and Sweden. Primary responsibility will be to assist our customers with any queries/problems and recommend/selling our products and services. To be successful in this role, it is crucial to be an excellent communicator and driven. Ultimately, this person will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Update our internal databases (HubSpot) with relevant information and useful discussions with customers
  • Source and seek sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure
  • Proactively inform customers and prospects about new products and services
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Sales and Marketing teams
  • Support the field sales team with sales data, sales follow-up and relevant customer information
  • Support the marketing team based on customer feedback, reviews and market knowledge
  • Support company events, such as seminars, congresses, etc, with both preparations and during the event
  • Perform effective online (and in person if applicable) presentations to prospects and customers
  • Review marketing materials, translations and coordinate materials workflows and availability
  • Proactively approach customers to continue ordering and keep track of their orders and re-orders through our reminder services

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (science related, e.g. veterinary, pharmacy, biology is a plus)
  • Experience in this role or other similar CS or inside sales roles
  • Familiarity with vet pharma industry is a plus
  • Self-ability to develop, advance and maintain strong relationships
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, independent and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, apply and communicate technical/scientific knowledge
  • Strong team member
  • Great computer skills: MS-Office, CRMs, project management tools, etc.
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Fluent in English, Finnish and Swedish, both in spoken and written communication
