Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing U.S. commercial team. This role is focused on building relationships with distributors and helping them drive sales with end-users. The Channel Representative support the dealer network, generate demand, present solutions to customers, and then coordinate with the client’s preferred distributors to process and fulfill orders.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys customer-facing sales activity, distributor engagement, and consistently driving revenue growth. All orders are processed and fulfilled through clients preferred distributor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call on distributors to strengthen relationships and expand product presence.
  • Drive product usage with end-users, identify needs, and present AllAccem solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals to close business and forward orders to client-preferred distributors and ensure smooth processing.
  • Provide product presentations and basic training to customers and distributor reps.
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline, and customer feedback through.
  • Represent AllAccem at customer meetings and occasional industry events.
  • Provide suggestions and feedback on marketing campaigns, and customer communication programs.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge to serve as a trusted resource for distributors, customers, and internal teams.
  • Represent AllAccem with professionalism at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand presence and support distributor sales.

Requirements

Education & Experience Specifics:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in sales will be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales, account management, or distributor support (Animal Health background a major plus).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills..
  • Willingness to travel.
