Compensation & Perks
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000 + Bonus
- Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
- Auto Program: Monthly vehicle allowance plus mileage reimbursement.

About the Role
This role is for a true sales professional. You will be the face of Movora in your territory, responsible for the entire sales cycle from identifying new opportunities and converting them to Movora, to supporting cases in the OR. You'll thrive here if you love consultative selling, building real relationships, and have a passion for sales and winning.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory by developing strong relationships with veterinary surgeons, clinic owners, and staff.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions.
- Provide in-surgery support and technical guidance on product usage.
- Represent Movora at industry trade shows, veterinary events, and training workshops.
- Work closely with internal teams (customer service, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- 3+ years of documented, top-tier outside sales experience.
- A "hunter" mentality with a proven track record of breaking into new accounts.
- Ability to build genuine, long-term relationships with highly-educated customers (surgeons, practice owners).
- Must be comfortable attending labs and supporting live surgeries.
- Experience in medical device, veterinary, or surgical sales is a plus but not required.
- Must reside within the Greater Manahatton Area.
- Able to travel within your territory including over night trips for conferences and more distant accounts.
