Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our packaging and operations team. This is your opportunity to make an immediate impact in a growing company that values innovation, precision, and animal health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production activities, including filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing using automated lines.
  • Champion cleanliness, safety, and GMP compliance across operations.
  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of 5–8 packaging associates.
  • Work within a cleanroom (ISO 7/Class 10,000) and a fast paced fully automatic production environment.
  • Coordinate production schedules and equipment availability to meet deadlines.
Requirements

Candidate Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a regulated production environment (medical, pharmaceutical, or related industry).
  • Cleanroom protocols required and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred.
  • Proficient with high-speed packing and automated filling equipment.
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to mentor and grow teams.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving and mechanical skills along with a high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on-site in a cleanroom environment and lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.

Knowledge:

  • Automated packaging systems including filling, labeling, and palletizing equipment.
  • Production scheduling and resource planning in a regulated environment.
  • Compliance standards (ISO) and safety regulations.

Skills:

  • Leadership and team development.
  • Troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
  • Time management and production tracking.
  • Clear communication and professional collaboration.
  • Documentation and technical proficiency with ERP systems.

Abilities:

  • Lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Maintain focus and quality in detail-oriented tasks.
  • Work safely in cleanroom attire and PPE.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
