About the Role

As a Global Product Manager – Osteosynthesis, you will be the go-to expert responsible for developing, managing, and driving growth for Movora’s Osteosynthesis portfolio. This role blends strategy, market research, product lifecycle management, and customer engagement to enhance our global presence.

You’ll collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to bring innovative solutions to market while supporting the sales team with product expertise and training.

What You’ll Do:
? Lead Product Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for the Osteosynthesis portfolio, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
? Product Lifecycle Management: Drive product innovation, positioning, pricing, and growth strategies from concept to commercialization.
? Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to optimize our offerings.
? Sales & Customer Engagement: Partner with Sales, Training, and Marketing teams to develop tools, training, and go-to-market strategies.
? Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and Leadership to ensure product success.
? Industry Representation: Attend major conventions, customer meetings, and training sessions to represent Movora’s product leadership.

Requirements

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise:
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Sales, or R&D within the veterinary or medical device industry.
Deep understanding of Osteosynthesis and veterinary orthopedic solutions.
Proven ability to engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and drive product adoption.

Skills & Competencies:
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of osteosynthesis devices, their design, function, and market positioning.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to drive market expansion, competitive positioning, and sales growth strategies.
Cross-functional Leadership: Strong communicator and team player, able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Ability to analyze market data, trends, and customer insights to guide product strategy.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Travel:
? Up to 30% travel required for trade shows, customer visits, and team collaboration.

Salary Description
