To strengthen our position in the veterinary orthopedics market and to accelerate the success of our fast-growing company, we are looking for a Junior Finance Analyst 80-100%

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who is eager to develop their skills in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting within a global environment. In this role you report directly to the Global Finance Director in Zurich.

Your Mission

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Support the global finance director in conducting variance analysis and identifying trends
  • Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
  • Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data
  • Maintain and improve financial models to support business decision-making
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a multinational company
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • High resilience and likes to be flexible and agile
  • Fluent in German and English
