We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Specialist Europe for Large Animal Veterinary Diagnostics (m/f/d) – Remote.

Job description

The Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) is anchored in the Sales organization and will directly report to the Vice President Sales Western Europe, Large Animals Veterinary Diagnostic Segment. Their main responsibilities include:

Sales related tasks

  • Finding new leads and potential customers through different channels
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Following up on quotations
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and upselling products and services
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  • Identifying key players and generating interest
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Technical related tasks

  • Keep record of interactions with customers and leads in company CRM
  • Attend internal trainings and get acquainted with products
  • Have initial conversations with customers and identify next steps needed and who should be involved
  • Prepare activities plan, action and reporting it

Position requirements

The successful candidate should have a Master of Science degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, veterinary medicine or a related field and preferably at least a few years’ experience in molecular diagnostics in the large animals vet industry.
