Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate Dispatch Technician to join our high-performing Dispatch team on a full-time, 6-month contract, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.

All the training will be provided to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role and contribute effectively to the team's success

The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Ensure all orders are processed into the approved software for dispatch.

• Review the order for suitability prior to picking.

• Prepare the orders by picking required final products in line with approved SOPs.

• Notify warehouse and team leader of required approved stock in the picking area.

• Update reconciliation forms as needed when rotating final products.

• Dispense orders and apply approved labels to the final products.

• Pack orders as per established protocol.

• Create or print shipping labels for dispatch.

• Ensure products are discarded and disposed correctly following hazard SOPs.

• Locate orders as needed to support administration team.

• Perform transdermal filling processes when required.

• Complete any additional tasks as requested by the Dispatch Team leader or Production Manager.

What you will bring to Our Team

• A passionate to help animals is a must.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience in the Veterinary industry is highly desirable.

• Prior experience in Pharmacy is highly desirable.

• Proficient in data entry and computer skills.

• Possess excellent communication skills.

• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
