Your Opportunity

We’re looking for a passionate Internal Sales Officer to join our high-performing Sales team on a permanent role.

All the training will be provided to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your role and contribute effectively to the team's success

The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Make a real impact by driving sales growth and building strong, lasting client relationships.

  • Take ownership of customer engagement while keeping CRM records accurate and compliant.

  • Achieve your KPIs through consistent, high-quality client interactions with key target customers.

  • Be part of a supportive, high-energy team and contribute to overall business success.

  • Grow your skills, build confidence, and develop your career within the organisation.

  • Collaborate on QCT processes to support cross-team alignment and efficient operations.

This position provides strong exposure to sales strategy, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, making it an excellent development step for someone looking to broaden their commercial capability.

What you will bring to Our Team

  • A passionate to help animals is a must.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience in the Veterinary industry is highly desirable.

  • Prior experience in Sales is highly desirable.

  • Possess excellent communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
